| Helbling developed a new BTE speech processor for the cochlear implant system, designed to mimic the functions of the human ear. For the speech processor, Cochlear received a 2006 Medical Design Excellence Award. Helbling was cited as a key supplier for bringing this product to market in a short amount of time. |
